But in every age, in spite of the known truth, man’s mind continues to dwell in a state of unrest, uncertainty and insecurity. In the emergence of the scientific ages, humanity seems to have lost sight of sacred phrases and abiding graces of life. With the mad struggles for wealth, security, position and possessions, the upsurge of animalism in thinking has overpowered the mind from its original state of centered equilibrium. The true and auspicious virtues of the human soul have become submerged in a sea of illusion. We are ever in need of someone in our own era of living to be that inspiring example and manifestation of Divine expression, moving above and beyond the mundane levels of existence. Dynamic, bold, worldly wise and yet saintly, loving and compassionate. One who lives in and among us and yet maintains a state of Divine oneness. A living example of the balance between the internal and external levels of consciousness. Our living guide to internal and external peace through the path and teachings of Yoga. The techniques and practices given herewith are for the purpose of the general rejuvenation, development, and wellbeing of the physical, mental and psychic bodies, through the Yogasanas, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas and Kriyas Yogasanas has a gentle massaging effect upon the nerves, internal organs and the endocrinal glands of the human body. Mudras, Bandhas and Kriyas stimulate the organic and glandular functions and help the Yogi in controlling the involuntary activities of heart, lung and other vital organs.
